I’m Lisa, a health coach passionate about helping women in midlife feel strong, clear, and joyful again.
Six years ago, I made one of the biggest decisions of my life: I decided to stop drinking.
At the time, I told myself it would just be “a break,” but that break changed everything.
Since May 2020, I’ve been completely sober and it’s honestly the best decision I’ve ever made.
I gained back my energy, my self-respect, my sleep, and my sense of who I am. Life didn’t get smaller; it got so much bigger, calmer, and brighter.
That experience inspired me to help other women discover what’s possible when you start looking after yourself from the inside out, one small, loving change at a time.
Now, through my coaching, I help women in midlife rebuild their confidence, balance their hormones, and reconnect with the joy and vitality they thought they’d lost.
