Follow-up sessions are ideal for those who have already completed an initial consultation and would like continued support, accountability, or guidance on a specific area of their health journey.
During these sessions, held via Zoom, we'll review your progress, address any challenges, and refine your personalised plan as needed.
A structured five-session follow-up programme offers the time and support needed to create meaningful, lasting change. Through regular, personalised sessions, you’ll build healthy habits, overcome challenges, stay accountable, and steadily move towards your goals with expert guidance every step of the way.
