Welcome to Cheshire Health Coaching! I’m Lisa, a qualified Health Coach and Nutritional Therapist with a passion for helping clients achieve their best outcomes. Specialising in using Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), I guide individuals to overcome mental blocks and adopt lasting habits for health, vitality, and balance. With 30 years of experience as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, I’ve seen first-hand that health is about more than just treating illness - it's about thriving in every aspect of life. A comprehensive initial consultation, offered either face to face or via Zoom, is an opportunity for us to explore your current health, lifestyle, goals, and any challenges you may be facing. We’ll discuss what you’d like to achieve through health coaching and begin to shape a personalised plan that suits your needs, preferences, and pace.
30-45 minutes.
Follow-up sessions are ideal for those who have already completed an initial consultation and would like continued support, accountability, or guidance on a specific area of their health journey.
During these sessions, held via Zoom, we'll review your progress, address any challenges, and refine your personalised plan as needed.
A structured five-session follow-up programme offers the time and support needed to create meaningful, lasting change. Through regular, personalised sessions, you’ll build healthy habits, overcome challenges, stay accountable, and steadily move towards your goals with expert guidance every step of the way.
