For a long time, I was the woman sitting across from you.
Burned out after 20 years in clinical nursing. Stressed, overwhelmed, and drowning in conflicting health advice. I was drinking to unwind not realising it was quietly fuelling the anxiety and exhaustion I was trying to escape.
Something had to change.
I stopped drinking, laced up my trainers, and started running. Slowly, my mind began to clear. My energy came back. And for the first time in years, I started to feel like myself again.
But the real turning point came in my clinic. I was writing more and more prescriptions for women who weren’t fundamentally unwell, they were exhausted, overwhelmed, and stuck in the all-or-nothing cycle with their health. They didn’t need another pill. They needed someone to help them make small, sustainable changes that actually fit their lives.
So I retrained.
I’m Lisa, a Registered Health Coach with additional training in nutrition and lifestyle medicine, and an Advanced Nurse Practitioner with 30 years of clinical experience. I’m also trained in advanced NLP techniques that support lasting habit change. But more than any qualification, I understand from the inside what it feels like to lose your spark and find it again.
My belief is simple: you don’t need to go all in. Small, consistent changes are the foundation of everything. Better energy. Better health. A better you.
