Following the success of the first Evening Reset, I’m delighted to be bringing this guided experience back in person at Bare Health in Congleton,
If your evenings often feel like you’re exhausted but still can’t switch off, your mind is racing even when your body is tired, or you find yourself feeling overwhelmed, wired or restless at the end of the day, this evening is for you.
This guided Evening Reset experience is designed to help you calm your mind, support your nervous system, release the tension of the day, and reconnect with yourself in a simple and supportive way.
This is not a lecture or a list of things you “should” be doing. It is a chance to pause, reflect and experience practical tools that help you feel calmer and more grounded.
During the session, we’ll explore why so many women feel tired but wired in the evenings, how ongoing stress and mental load can impact the way we feel, and why switching off can sometimes feel so difficult.
You’ll be guided through calming techniques to help your body and mind slow down, alongside simple, realistic habits that support better rest, recovery and wellbeing. There will also be time for reflection, helping you reconnect with yourself and what you need, before finishing with a relaxing closing reset.
You’ll leave feeling calmer in your body, clearer in your mind, and with practical tools you can return to whenever you need a moment to reset.
Spaces are limited to keep this a small, supportive group experience.
